Thank you for taking interest in Park Montair Apartments as your future home.
When returning your preliminary application, please provide the following;

1. Complete application (please note: incomplete applications will not be accepted).

2. Current driver's license or California ID for every applicant. (to be supplied after rental approval).

3. Social Security Car for every household member (to be supplied after rental approval).

4. Current verification of income, i.e. (3 current pay stubs, 2 yrs tax return, current social security statement, pension, disability, child support. If self employed we will need tax returns for the last 2 years).

5. All persons 18 years and older must sign all documents.

6. There will be a $25.00 application fee per person 18 years and older.

Pay all monies to the order of Park Montair Apartments, personal check, money order or cashier-check only. No cash accepted.

*Note: All adult applicants must be present at the same time for signing of the lease contract. No exceptions.
